Nathaniel is sitting in a chair. It's so exciting to see him from a different view. The doctor told us that they are still worried about the wound getting infected or breaking down. For now they are continuing to fix small breaks as they happen. They will do another CT scan today just to be sure everything inside is okay. They aren't too worried at the moment, though, because he's not acting like he is having problems.

The physiotherapist came out with a prescription before we saw him. It was for a chair for Nathaniel. We were so shocked. It's the kind of chair with a head protector and places for the legs so that they stay in place. It has wheels but we won't be moving him around. Still, he's now getting a new view of life around him and we're getting a new view of him. They say that sitting up makes it easier to breathe.
