Neurologically Nathaniel is a bit better. But the main concern now is infection, both in the brain (abscess) and around the wound.  I (Judi) asked the doctor where to aim the prayers. He said to pray that the wound does not open up. If the brain swelling goes down then maybe he'll have more skin to cover the wound. He's back on the respirator - the doctor thinks it's better to just let his lungs take a break.

מבחינה ניורולוגית, נתנאל השתפר קצת. עכשיו החשש זה דלקת, גם במוח (אבצס) וגם מסביב לפצע. ג'ודי שאלה את הרופא למה להתפלל. הוא ענה שצריך שהפצע לא ייפתח. אם ההתנפחות יירגע, יש מצב שיהיה לו מספיק עור כדי לעטוף את הפצע. הוא חזר להנשמה - הרופא חושב שעדיף לתת לריאות שלו לנוח.
