The surgery is over. They removed the necrotic tissue in the wound area. They replaced the barrier they had originally used to cover the brain because it looked a bit infected. They added a new drain just in case. To close the wound they just rotated the flap, but didn't need any additional skin graft. He's back in his room now after less than 5 hours.

סיימו את הניתוח. הוציאו את הרקמה הנמקית באזור של הפצע. החליפו את העטיפה ששמו בהתחלה לבסות את המוח כי הוא היה נראה קצת מזוהם. הוסיפו נקז חדש ליתר ביטחון. כדי לסגור את הפצע, היו צריכים רק לסובב את העור, לא היו צריכים לעשות השתלת עור. הוא חזר לחדר שלו אחרי פחות מ5- שעות.
