Neurologically he is doing better. But the damage to his brain is still producing some fluid, which is concerning, so the doctors went back to surgery to put in a new antibiotic-infused drain. The biggest problem is that he doesn't have much skin to cover the wound. If all is 100% okay, great, but the doctors don't expect that. So, if the tissue breaks down and and they have to do something, then it will be a major undertaking.

No one but immediate family may go into Nathaniel's room due to risk of infection.

He's not leaving the ICU anytime soon.

מבחינה ניורולוגית, נתנאל משתפר. אבל הנזק במוח עדיין מפריש נוזלים (שזה קצת מדאיג) אז הרופאים שמו לו נקז עם אנטיביוטיקה. הבעיה הכי גדולה עכשיו זה שאין לו מספיק עור לעטוף את הפציעה. אם הכל יהיה 100% בסדר, אז מצוין, אבל הרופאים לא מצפים לזה. אז אם הרקמה מתפרקת ויצטרכו לעשות משהו, יהיה סיפור גדול.

אף אחד חוץ מהמשפחה הגרעינית יכולה להיכנס לבקר את נתנאל בגלל הסיכון להדביק אותו. 

הוא לא יעבור מהטיפול נמרץ בקרוב.
