Nathaniel's cranioplasty has to be rescheduled. We don't have a new date yet. It will be a challenge because we have to find a time when both the neurosurgeons and the plastic surgeons are available. This week we are going to Hadassah to see the original neurosurgeons and plastic surgeons. They want to be sure that the wound is okay. I'm looking forward to seeing them, but it will be a hard trip for Nathaniel. I assume it will be by ambulance, but what kind? How will he get nourishment? Currently he is fed through a tube that goes directly to his stomach. Will we have to bring the machine that monitors the dosage? What about his medicines? That seems pretty straight forward. Just bring them with us and we can give them to him as needed.

They've started to give Nathaniel Ritalin (or something like that) to try to wake him up. We'll see how it goes.

הניתוח לגולגולת של נתנאל נדחה, אבל אין לנו תאריך חדש עדיין. יהיה מסובך לקבוע עוד תאריך כי צריכים למצוא זמן שגם המנתחי מוח וגם המנתחים פלסטיים פנויים. השבוע אנחנו נוסעים להדסה כדי להיפגש עם המנתחים (מוח ופלסטי) שעבדו עם נתנאל בהתחלה. הם רוצים לבדוק שהפצע בסדר. אני מתרגש לראות אותם, אבל תהיה נסיעה קשה לנתנאל. אני מניחה שתהיה באמבולאנס, אבל איזה? איך יקבל אוכל? (כרגע מאכילים אותו דרך צינור שמזרים את האוכל ישר לבטן). צריך להביא את המכונה שמנטר את המינון? מה עם התרופות? נראה לי שזה דיי פשוט - רק צריך להביא אותם ולתת לו כמו שצריך.

התחילו לתת לנתנאל ריטלין (או משהו דומה) כדי לנסות להעיר אותו. נראה מה יהיה עם זה.
