Yesterday was Nathaniel's Hebrew birthday (כ"ג אייר). The day before, he went to his yeshiva for the first time since corona. It was really special and his friends fêted him with songs, sparkers, and more. The visit really boosted his spirits.

In hydrotherapy, he is learning to propel himself using simple leg movements. It gives him such satisfaction to know that he is doing the movement. It is fun to watch.

He had another swallowing test. This time he was able to feel the food in his mouth and swallowed spontaneously as well as on command. That means that we can start slowly giving him foods like pudding. We don't have to do the test again for a while and the speech therapists will monitor his progress.
